At “The Car Hire Company” we recognise that our customers want an inclusive package with clear guidelines on what is included and what optional extras there are.

Our prices are therefore inclusive of Insurance and VAT for use in the UK, what you see is what you pay.

So “What does that really mean?”

Insurance – Our price includes fully comprehensive insurance with an excess payable in the event of damage to the vehicle. The excess ranges from £400 to £700 depending on the size of the vehicle and this will be taken as a deposit at the beginning of the rental. Unlike many companies we insure you against damage to glass and tyres as long as the damage is not caused through negligence. For details of the insurance cover click here.

An insurance excess does not, of course, suit everyone and so we offer the option to completely remove the excess.
